Published safety standard
Child Safety Policy
IPoo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply even though IPoo is designed only for adults aged 18 and older.
Public commitment and scope
Uik It Consulting Inc. operates IPoo and publishes it on Google Play under UIK. This policy covers accounts, profiles, text, selected media, voice messages, one-to-one audio or video calls, reports, moderation, support, and this public page at https://nejeli.app/ipoo/child-safety-policy.htm.
Adult access boundary
IPoo is for people who are at least 18 years old. A person under 18 must not register, maintain an account, or use any communication feature. We may use an age declaration, account history, region, reports, device signals, and proportionate verification to enforce this boundary.
No age gate can guarantee that every person is truthful or prevent every attempt at underage access. When an account may belong to a minor, we may restrict access, request suitable evidence, close the account, prevent repeat registration, preserve limited safety records, and cooperate with lawful authorities.
Meaning of CSAE and CSAM
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes conduct or content that sexually abuses, exploits, grooms, traffics, solicits, coerces, or otherwise targets a child. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means material in any format that depicts or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
A child is anyone under 18, subject to any broader protection required by applicable law. Requests, offers, links, attempts, coded solicitation, and instructions involving CSAM are serious violations even when no file is ultimately transmitted.
Zero-tolerance conduct rules
IPoo prohibits:
- creating, possessing, producing, requesting, offering, selling, sharing, storing, or seeking CSAM;
- grooming, sexualized messaging, sexualized calls, sextortion, or sexual solicitation involving a minor;
- asking a child to move to another service, conceal contact, keep a secret, send intimate material, or meet in person;
- trafficking, coercing, threatening, bribing, blackmailing, or impersonating someone to gain access to a child;
- material that sexualizes a minor, regardless of a claim that it is fictional, altered, generated, or consensual;
- linking to locations that host or facilitate child exploitation; and
- helping another person evade an age control, block, investigation, account restriction, or law-enforcement action.
Harassment, non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, credible threats, and sexual violence are also prohibited because they can compound risks to minors and adults.
Report safely inside IPoo
Use the report control available on the relevant profile, message, media item, or call context. Select the closest safety reason, include the account identifier and approximate time, and describe what occurred. Use block and call-end controls to stop contact.
An external report can be sent to celiamarshall1926@gmail.com with the subject “IPoo Child Safety Report.” Do not attach suspected CSAM. We may request clarifying information that is proportionate and safe to provide.
Review and enforcement workflow
- Triage: reports are assessed for urgency and available locating information.
- Containment: we may end access, restrict an account, limit visibility, or remove content while a review is underway.
- Assessment: authorized personnel may review relevant account, report, content, call-metadata, device, and prior enforcement context, with access limited to the safety purpose.
- Action: we may remove material, close accounts, block repeat registration, preserve necessary evidence, and report to a competent authority or qualified safety organization.
- Correction or appeal: where safe, lawful, and operationally available, a person may be offered a route to correct information or appeal. Serious risk controls can remain during review.
We do not promise an immediate response or a particular outcome. Evidence is preserved only as reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, investigation integrity, and prevention of repeated abuse.
Reporting to authorities
We comply with applicable child-safety reporting and cooperation duties. The appropriate recipient depends on the location, risk, evidence, and law; IPoo does not claim that every report is sent to one organization worldwide.
In the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline is an external official reporting website operated by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, not by IPoo.
Users outside the United States should contact the appropriate local law-enforcement or child-protection authority when direct reporting is necessary.
We may share relevant information with law enforcement, child-protection agencies, courts, qualified safety organizations, or supporting service providers when required or reasonably necessary to address serious harm. Notice may be delayed where notice could endanger a child, compromise an investigation, or violate law.
Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains safety-related processing, security, retention, and lawful disclosure. A deletion request does not require us to destroy evidence that must be preserved for a serious safety investigation, legal obligation, fraud control, dispute, or protection of a person. Any retained information remains restricted to the relevant purpose.
Instructions for deleting an account are in the Account Deletion guide. Account deletion, suspension, and deactivation are distinct actions.
Named contact and policy updates
Bernice is the named child-safety contact for IPoo and can explain the review, enforcement, and escalation process. Questions or safety reports may be sent to celiamarshall1926@gmail.com. This contact is not described as holding a statutory privacy title.
