Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Uik It Consulting Inc. for IPoo. By creating an account, accessing the app, or using a feature, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use IPoo.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not use IPoo if applicable law prohibits your access or if we previously removed you and did not authorize a return. We may apply age-screening and access restrictions, but we do not guarantee that every user has stated their age truthfully.

Your account

Provide accurate, current information and do not impersonate another person or organization. Keep credentials confidential, secure devices used to sign in, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

One person may not create accounts to evade a block, suspension, age restriction, safety control, or enforcement action. Account access may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared in a way that creates security or deception risks.

Communication features

IPoo may allow adults to create profiles, browse or receive profile discovery, send text and selected media, record voice messages, and conduct one-to-one audio or video calls. Available functions can vary by version, account, device, or region.

Do not record, screenshot, retransmit, or publish another person's private communication without all consent required by applicable law. IPoo does not promise that another user will follow these rules, so share carefully and use report, block, and call-end controls when needed.

Content ownership and service license

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or send it.

You grant Uik It Consulting Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, review, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, support, and improve IPoo, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. The license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backup, safety, legal, and content already delivered to another user.

Prohibited conduct and material

You must not use IPoo to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate illegal activity;
• harass, stalk, threaten, blackmail, exploit, discriminate against, or incite hatred or violence toward anyone;
• create, request, possess, share, link to, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or child sexual abuse and exploitation;
• groom, sexually solicit, traffic, sextort, or arrange sexual contact involving a minor;
• share non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, credible threats, or private identifying information;
• commit fraud, impersonation, romance or financial scams, deceptive promotion, spam, malware distribution, or phishing;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• scrape users, reverse engineer protected elements, overload systems, bypass security, or misuse automated tools; or
• evade reports, blocks, purchase rules, geographic controls, account sanctions, or other safeguards.

Reports, blocking, and enforcement

Use the in-app report control on the relevant profile, message, media, or call context and use block or call-end controls to stop unwanted contact. You may also contact celiamarshall1926@gmail.com. Include useful account and event details, but do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, intimate material, or suspected child sexual abuse material.

We may investigate using available content, account information, call metadata, device signals, reports, and prior enforcement records. Depending on severity and confidence, we may warn a user, limit a feature, remove content, reduce distribution, suspend or terminate an account, prevent repeat registration, preserve evidence, or contact an appropriate authority. An appeal route may be offered when safe and appropriate. We do not promise immediate review or a particular outcome.

Paid features and Google Play

Where IPoo offers digital items, credits, or paid features in the Android app, purchases are processed under applicable Google Play billing rules. Prices, included benefits, duration, and any recurring terms are shown before confirmation. A subscription applies only when the checkout screen expressly identifies it as recurring.

Digital items are limited licenses for use inside IPoo, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or exchanged except where law requires. Google Play manages payment credentials, billing cancellation, and its refund channel. Refunds, chargebacks, expired entitlements, and misuse may cause access to a paid feature or digital balance to be adjusted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Third parties, advertising, and intellectual property

IPoo may use service providers and may display contextual or personalized advertising where lawful and enabled. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for an external destination merely because IPoo links to it.

The app, software, interface, branding, and operator-created material are owned by Uik It Consulting Inc. or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IPoo for its intended purpose.

Changes, availability, suspension, and deletion

Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, commercial, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, device compatibility, network conditions, emergencies, and third-party systems may affect service.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, address fraud or illegal conduct, comply with law, or manage serious operational risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we may provide notice or a route to appeal. You may stop using IPoo at any time and may request deletion through the Account Deletion guide. Removing the app or cancelling a purchase does not by itself delete the account.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IPoo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee another user's identity, statements, conduct, compatibility, intentions, safety, or compliance. Exercise judgment before sharing personal information or moving communication outside IPoo.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Uik It Consulting Inc. and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from IPoo. Any aggregate limit that applies will be the greater of the amount you paid us for IPoo during the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by law. These Terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Responsibility, applicable law, and updates

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by us or where local law prohibits it.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory protections available where you live. Disputes will be handled by a court or process having lawful jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. We may update these Terms; the effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will receive additional notice where required.
