Scope and responsible organization

Uik It Consulting Inc. operates IPoo and publishes the Android app on Google Play under the developer name UIK. This Privacy Policy applies to the IPoo app, account administration, support, safety operations, and the public policy pages hosted at https://nejeli.app/ipoo/privacy-policy.html.

Where applicable law describes a data controller or responsible organization, Uik It Consulting Inc. has that role for the processing described here.

Adults-only service

IPoo is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We may handle an age declaration, date-of-birth response, region, account history, reports, and limited verification signals to apply this restriction. People under 18 must not create or use an account.

If we reasonably suspect underage access, we may restrict the account, request proportionate verification, retain necessary safety evidence, close the account, and cooperate with an appropriate authority. No age screen can guarantee that every user provides accurate information.

Information in the system

Information may come from you, from use of the app, from other users who report an interaction, and from providers acting for us. We do not treat permission availability alone as proof that data was uploaded or retained.

Android access and user choice

IPoo requests access when a relevant feature is used. You can refuse or revoke access in Android settings, but the associated function may then be unavailable.

• Camera: video in a one-to-one call or media capture you initiate.
• Microphone and audio: voice during audio or video calls and voice messages you choose to record.
• Photos, video, audio, or media picker: selecting files to share; legacy storage access may apply only where an older Android version requires it.
• Notifications and vibration: calls, messages, account, purchase, safety, and support alerts.
• Internet, network state, audio routing, and wake controls: delivering sessions and keeping active calls reliable.
• Advertising ID: lawful advertising, measurement, frequency control, and fraud prevention where enabled.

We do not intentionally activate the camera or microphone unless you choose a feature that needs it, and we do not use camera or microphone content to select advertisements.

Why information is used

• create, authenticate, recover, maintain, and protect an account;
• provide profile discovery, text, selected media, voice messages, and one-to-one calls;
• deliver account-linked digital items, credits, or paid features made available through Google Play;
• operate analytics, recommendations, and contextual or personalized advertising where permitted;
• diagnose failures and improve performance and usability;
• detect scams, harassment, fraud, exploitation, illegal material, and security threats;
• review reports and appeals and enforce the Terms of Use and Child Safety Policy; and
• comply with law, protect people, preserve evidence, and establish or defend legal claims.

The applicable legal basis depends on location and purpose. It may include performing our contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing IPoo, compliance with legal duties, or protection of vital interests. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing where consent is the basis.

When information is disclosed

Relevant information may be disclosed to another user you choose to contact; providers supporting hosting, authentication, communications, moderation, analytics, customer support, security, and fraud prevention; Google Play and transaction providers; advertising or measurement partners where enabled; authorities or qualified safety organizations when law or serious risk warrants it; and a successor involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may classify certain advertising disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, in which case applicable notice and choice mechanisms will be provided. Processing may occur across borders, and recognized safeguards are used when required.

Retention, deletion, and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, account status, backup cycles, safety review, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Transaction records follow applicable accounting or statutory periods. Limited safety and enforcement records may remain while needed to prevent repeated abuse or resolve an investigation. Aggregated or de-identified information may remain when it no longer reasonably identifies a person.

The Account Deletion guide describes the in-app and external request routes. Approved deletion removes or disassociates account data, subject to narrowly limited safety, fraud, dispute, transaction, and legal retention.

We use measures designed for the risks involved, including access controls, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, provider review, and incident response. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your controls and privacy rights

You can edit available profile settings, revoke Android permissions, reset or remove the Advertising ID through device controls, report or block another user, and request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal, and may complain to an appropriate privacy authority.

Contact us with enough information to locate and authenticate the account. We may request proportionate verification and may limit a request where law protects another person, preserves safety evidence, or permits necessary retention.

Children, changes, and contact

IPoo is not directed to children and does not permit accounts for people under 18. Our public standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation are set out in the Child Safety Policy.

We may update this Policy as IPoo, its providers, our safety practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version, and additional notice will be provided for material changes where required.
